I got seven books at the library yesterday C:
I started reading the Notebook by Nicholas Sparks last night, I’m already half way done. I’ve seen the movie, but never read the book, so I thought “why not?”
Next is The Wedding by Nicholas Sparks.
& the others are books I’ve never heard of before, but that’s why I’m reading them. I’m trying expand the things I read, not just the “popular” authors and the recommended things.
I’m thinking of setting some summer goals for myself. It’s my summer between Senior year and college, I want to do some productive things.
Here is what I’m thinking:
I want my novel to be completely edited- What I mean by that, is edited by myself. I want to go through and re-word things that need to be re-worded, add more details, etc. Then I’m going to pay a professional editor to read it and make sure punctuation and everything is correct. That is goal number one.
I also want to read at least 25 books this summer. I’m still trying to figure out what books I want to read, so if you have suggests, I’d love to get some.
And third, I want to either write a short story a week and/or write a paragraph a day.
I think I can accomplish all these things, although, I’m still not completely sure. I want to know you’re opinions though??
Thursday Apr 4 @ 12:03amThe hunger games.. oh my gosh. hahaha, it’s really pathetic how hooked I am on these. Like seriously, if I can get five minutes of reading time in, I do so. I love playing the soundtrack for the movie. To think my friend Alexa suggested me to read them over year ago and I told her they weren’t my type of books. HA. I was so wrong.
Anyways, thats why I’m like never on tumblr now because of the Hunger Games.

Reading the Apothecary by Maile Meloy.
It was a Christmas gift from my boyfriend’s mom :) I’m only on Chapter 2, however it’s really good so far.
